Meet Our Director
Hello, my name is Megan Rhodes and I have been with Kids First since March of 2024, where I started as the Assistant Director. I went to Kent State University to study Deaf Education and graduated in 2017 with a degree in Educational Studies. I started in childcare the week I turned 18 because I have always loved young children, especially infants and toddlers. I reside in Parma with my husband, Mike, and two children, Anson and Alice. In my spare time, I like to read, play board and video games, paint, watch my children in their various sport activities, and go to waterparks with my family.
